To help prevent viral infection, it is important that you wash your hands after going out, wear a flu mask, restrain from traveling to countries where many people are being infected or avoid large and crowded places. It is also important to eat healthy foods and get plenty of sleep and rest.

What the Signs and Symptoms of Swine Influenza are like?

The Symptoms of swine influenza are various, but it is basically similar to those of influenza and of influenza-like illness in general. Symptoms include sudden fever, body aches, headache, cough, sore throat, and diarrhea etc.

Where can you go for Swine Influenza A (H1N1) influenza treatments?

In the City of Yokohama, medical treatments are being done at your nearby clinics or general cooperative medical institutions.

Call the medical institution you are planning to go to before you leave. When the medical institution confirms your visit, pay attention to the appointment time and how you will receive treatment.
