Eligibility: Student who has a “Physical Disability Certificate” and is going to high school and above. Student (or the guardian) who live in Yokohama City continuously for more than 1 year. Income level restrictions will also apply.
To Apply: Submit an application forms available (until Apr.27) at the Regional Health and Welfare Center, Service Division (at any Ward Office).
