Aqua-exercises wil work on stretching the respiratory muscles and focus on breathing all of which is known to be effective for children with asthma.
Limit: 15 people *Chosen by lottery.
Eligibility: 1st throught 3rd grade Elementary school children living in Yokohama, and who suffer from asthma.
Date&Time: Every Friday (total of 9 times) from Jun.5 –Jul.31; 16:00-18:00 *Until 17:30 on Jun.5
Location: Mu・U21 Azamino (bus from Azamino Stn, either on the municipal subway or Tokyu Denentoshi-Line, to ”Azamino Danchi” bus stop
