Do you have a hard time communicating in Japanese? If you want to study Japanese in a casual setting, Midoriku Shimin Katsudo Shien Center (Midori-ward Citizen Activity Support Center) is the place! Practice your Japanese conversation skills with volunteers – of course, coffee is also available! There are books and brochures in Japanese, as well as a number of other languages. Volunteers are also available to help if you are just looking for information about the area, or need directions to another facility.
