Events at Hamagin Child Science Center

①Let’s make an “Okiagari Koboshi”, a doll which returns to an up-right position by itself when knocked over. Paste eyes, hands, legs, and tail on a plastic case and make your own original one.

Events at Yokohama Rapport

①”Fune” (ship) project:
Modeling of a real ship that added some color to the history of the port of Yokohama, we will all make a ship using cardboard etc. It is an event in which anyone with or without disability, can participate.
②Let’s play with toys with many different types of lights:
There will be a story-telling corner, watching slide corner, play with lights corner, and a craft corner.
Eligibility: ①Children with their parents *Chosen by lottery, but children with a disability have higher priority.

Poster Design Wanted for 28th Port Opening Festiva

A poster design is wanted to promote the Port Opening Festival. Sizes are B1, B2, B3, and a circle with a diameter of 12 cm. *Photographs will not accepeted.

Valentine’s Day at Nogeyama Zoo

A Valentine’s Day meal will be given to chimpanzees and bears. We may ask you to participate in feeding them their special treat!

①Kanazawa Zoo; Valentine’s Day for the Animals
You can feed Valentine’s Day snacks to animals such as elephants, giraffes, and kangaroos. A workshop will be given by the zookeepers.

Port of Yokohama Tour by “Hamadori”

Hamadori is a marine publicity boat. In this tour, you and your family can board Hamadori, and enjoy a view of the city of Yokohama from the sea.
