Seeking Foreign Part-time Instructors for Public Elementary Schools

Foreign instructors (of any nationalities) are needed to teach about their own country and culture in English at Yokohama Public Elementary Schools. The conditions are as follows: 4-5hours a day, 2-4days per week. Applicants must hold a valid visa, have English and Japanese speaking ability, have a university degree or equivalent, and live in or can commute to Yokohama. Applicants must be under 60 yrs. of age as of March 31, 2008. (Estimated salary is \3,150/hour) This position begins in April 2008 and is on a one-year renewable contract basis.
