Japanese Classes in Izumi Ward

This class, aimed at beginners, supports foreign residents in learning basic Japanese, in small groups.

Yokohama City Earthquake Information Center for Foreigners

YOKE has established “Yokohama City Earthquake Information Center” on Mar.11, 2011 and is providing information, dispatching interpreters and translation in multi-languages. Yokohama Triennale 2011

The theme for this exciting art event for this year is “Our Magic Hour-How much of the world can we know?” Works by over 70 artists will be exhibited, in addition to some works from the museum collection.

“Be Prepared for Disasters” Fair

What can you do to protect yourself and your child(ren) at the time of disasters? There will be a lecture and small group discussion to think about what needs to be prepared.
