At Sankeien

1. Bonsai Exhibition
Approx. 100 pots of pine, plum, maple, and other trees will be displayed as bonsai in the New Year season. Enjoy the world of nature expressed in each small pot.

2. Plum Blossom Viewing
Sankeien is known to be one of the best spots for plum blossom viewing. During the season, there will be events such as mochitsuki (rice cake pounding ceremony) and traditional mugicha (roasted barley tea) serving event.

During this two-day event, there will be seminars and workshops on international cooperation, international exchange, multicultural coexistence, and reports on the activities of the foreign residents support groups.

Consultation specialists will be present to offer their services free of charge. No reservations required.
Consultation Topics: Status of Residence, visa, international marriages, legal issues, social insurance, pension, work, labor, school/education, taxes, final tax declaration, and various other topics concerning living in Japan in general.
②Free Health Checkup
The checkup includes: Chest X-ray, blood pressure check, urine exam, blood test, and medical consultation. Please do not eat on the day of your checkup.
