Explore the zoo at night!

This event is held at all three municipal zoos in Yokohama.

2009 computer course for foreign nationals

Yokohama International Festa 2009

Come to this annual Festa and learn about international communication/cooperation and ecology. Booths introduce different cultures through the activities of NPOs/NGOs. At food stalls you can taste foods from all over the world, (it may be good idea to bring your own chopsticks, cups, and plates) and on stage music and dancing will be performed!

Tabunka Free School Yokohama

Tabunka (multicultural) Free School Yokohama opens in September, and is accepting applications. Education will focus on studies to prepare children for Japanese high school education
(Japanese, reading, math, English, social studies, and science).
Intended for:
※Those who came to Japan after graduating from middle school in other countries, and wish to enroll in a Japanese high school.
※Those who graduated from middle school in Japan, and are preparing to enroll in a Japanese high school.
※Those who are studying at middle school evening classes, and wish to continue studying in high school.
